About Me

My name is Wendy Stephens. I am a qualified and insured reflexologist. I am registered with the Association of Reflexologists in the UK and with the National Register of Reflexologists in Ireland. I love working one to one with people, meeting each person as they are and creating a warm and safe environment. Compassion, respect and kindness are values that are very important to me.

I was lucky to come across reflexology when I was going through a difficult time. The treatments helped my body and mind to relax and I came out of the sessions feeling more relaxed and at ease. I became so curious about this therapy that I decided to train. I qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology in 2019 at Holistic College Dublin, with the wonderful teacher, Alison Kavanagh.

I continue to further my knowledge and have been fortunate to study with Susie Ray from the Precision School of Reflexology and at the Christie School of Oncology in Manchester; the internationally renowned facility that develops training for people working in healthcare. I am now studying on their diploma course in Adapting Reflexology for Cancer and Supportive Care.

I love the versatility of reflexology and how it can be adapted so well to people at different stages in their lives and health.

My other passions are dance and other forms of creative expression including writing, poetry, performance, painting, drawing, collage and craft. Meaningful connections, friends, family, meditation and spending time in nature are all very important to me.

"I cannot recommend her highly enough."

"This was the first time I had reflexology, so I was not sure about what to expect. It turned out to be a truly enjoyable experience. By the end of the session I felt completely rested and revitalised. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this friendly, professional therapist. "
